  • Decide if you want to walk in or opt for pick up an delivery or mail in service
  • We will fix your device and you pay after confirming that the repair has been done right.
  • Rate our services after the repair

Do you offer any type of warranty on your repairs?

Yes, all repairs carry a 90-day parts and labor warranty which means if you have any issues related to the repair within 90 days we will take care of it free of charge!

I found another repair shop charging less, why should I choose Phonewiew?

While there’s always someone who can fix your device for cheap, beware of prices that seem too good to be true. A cheap repair from the other guys often involves subpar replacement parts, further damaged devices, and more repairs needed in the long run.

Are you open every day including weekends?

Yes, we are open Monday-Friday 7am-7pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm. Sundays we are closed.

What are methods of payment available?

We accept cash, M-Pesa and Visa.

Do you give estimates over the phone?

Yes, but not recommended, most of our customers confused to express the real problem, please do visit our Phone repair store, we give free quotation.

What happens if you can’t fix it?

If we can’t fix it, you don’t pay. It’s that simple!

Do you provide any extra benefits when you fix my device?

Glad you asked, we do provide 90days warranty on all our spare parts that we use to fix your device(s).

We also offer free onsite fixing or pickup/delivery when you choose to repair your device(s) with us
